When can I move my items in?

It depends upon the availability of the space matching your requirements, Once confirmed you can move in anytime during our operating hours.

How do I pay my bill?
You can pay by cash or use your debit or credit cards. One of our team will be happy to guide you throughout the storage agreement/payment process.
What is my responsibility if my address changes?
You will need to update us with your new address should you move house.

What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods. You can pay by cash or debit/credit card.  Many of our clients find that setting up a standing order is their preferred method of ongoing payment.

How easy is it to access the storage unit?
We have lift access to our first floor units so you wont need to carry heavy items up the stairs.  We also have trolleys in order to make moving your items easier.

What if I lose my unit key?
When you start your storage agreement with us you will pay a deposit for the lock which we will provide.  If you should lose your key we will cut the lock off for you and provide you with a new one.  This will mean that you forfeit your lock deposit.
